looking for a Senior Business Analysts.
Candidates need to be willing to relocate within Europe.
Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is
required, but not provided. This position is open for contractors.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparation of business requirements and approval
of specifications;
- Management of changes requests;
- Coordination and review of acceptance testing and
planning of deliveries;
- Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders;
- Assistance with preparation of guidelines and
training material;
- Assistance and/or participation in business
requirements documents and other relevant documents;
- Interaction with the business analysts, customers,
users, project leaders and the developers;
- Participation in working groups, progress meetings
and meetings with the users;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master's degree;
- +5/+7/+9 years relevant experience in business
analysis;
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and
techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model,
interaction diagrams etc.);
- Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with
equivalent value;
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage;
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business
analysis;
- Good knowledge of large organizations
administrative business processes;
- Ability to give business and technical
presentations;
- Very good communication skills with technical and
non-technical audiences;
- Analysis and problem solving skills;
- Capability to write clear and structured business
requirements documents;
- Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus;
- Fluent in English;
