## bec apply — for_talent, we work for you

One signup. Every door.
Anonymous until you say go.

Four steps between you and being represented across every live senior IT vacancy worldwide.

01 00:10:00

Apply once. apply()

Upload your CV, answer six questions, done in ten minutes.

02 +2 days

Get vetted. vet(candidate)

A structured interview with a senior recruiter plus a short technical screen. It's what makes companies take our introductions seriously — and it's why our fees stay below typical agency rates.

03 daily

We match daily. match --daily

Our engine scans live, published vacancies worldwide every day and flags real fits. A senior recruiter verifies every one.

04 your call

You stay anonymous until it's real. reveal --require-approval

Only your anonymised profile travels — never to your current or past employers, and never to any company you've blocked. When a company signs our terms because they want you, you see the name and the role and approve before your identity is revealed. Then we run the process with you, through to offer.

Your identity is never revealed without your approval.

Companies see an anonymised profile only — no name, no employers, no fingerprint. Your current employer is never contacted, full stop. Free for candidates — always.

## bec introduce — for_employers, the work is already done

A vetted candidate for your live vacancy — before you've briefed an agency.

When one of our represented professionals matches a role you've published, you receive an anonymised profile with a one-page summary of exactly how we vetted them — tied to the vacancy you actually posted. No briefing calls, no job-spec ping-pong, no CV spam. If it's a fit, you move; if not, you've lost two minutes.

01 inbox

You receive a match.

Anonymised profile + vetting summary, tied to a vacancy you actually published.

02 2 min

Sign simple terms.

Two minutes, e-signature, costs nothing until you hire.

03 ~1 week

Meet the candidate.

The candidate gives the go-ahead, the full profile is released; interview typically scheduled within the week.

04 success

Hire.

Pay only on success — with a replacement/rebate guarantee behind it.

pricing.yaml — you can put this in an email
permanent: fee: success-only # agreed in the terms no_cure_no_pay: true rebate_guarantee: included contract: margin: "transparent, fixed" pre_financing: available # we can run the contract never: - retainers - exclusivity demands - surprises

Why can we work success-only? Because the expensive part of recruitment — sourcing and vetting — is already done before we contact you. And because we'd rather win on volume and repeat business than on margin.

## faq — straight answers

bec --help | grep "your question"

Is this really free for candidates?

Yes, completely and always. Hiring companies pay our fee when they hire — you never pay anything. // exit 0

Will my current employer find out I'm looking?

No. Your current and past employers are excluded automatically, and you can block any other company at signup or later. Everything that travels is anonymised — built to fail a deliberate reverse-search. Your identity is only ever revealed to a company you've personally approved. Confidentiality is the foundation of the model.

What if I'm already talking to a company that wants me through you?

Tell us when you see the name — you simply decline the reveal and your identity stays hidden. And any company you never want us near goes on your block-list upfront.

I'm an employer — why should I pay for a candidate I didn't ask for?

You did ask — by publishing the vacancy. We're answering it with a vetted, available candidate at a fee below standard agency rates. Judge the profile; the terms only matter if you want to hire the person.

We already work with agencies / have a preferred supplier list.

Keep them. We're not asking for exclusivity — we're showing you one specific candidate for one specific role. If it leads to a hire, we'll happily slot into your supplier process.

What happens if a hire doesn't work out?

Our terms include a replacement/rebate guarantee — the exact scheme is in the two-minute terms document.

Which professionals do you represent?

Senior (4–5+ years) cloud/DevOps/SRE, cloud security/DevSecOps, data engineering, ML/AI engineering, and senior backend (Java/.NET) — remote-first, worldwide.
