## for_employers — the work is already done

A vetted candidate for your live vacancy — before you've briefed an agency.

We work candidate-first: we represent a pool of vetted senior IT professionals and match them daily against vacancies companies have already published. When one of ours fits one of yours, you hear from us — with evidence, not adjectives.

## how_it_works — two minutes to judge

No briefing calls. No CV spam. Two minutes to judge.

01 inbox

You receive a match.

An anonymised profile plus a one-page vetting summary, tied to a vacancy you actually published. If it's not a fit, you've lost two minutes.

02 2 min

Sign simple terms.

Two minutes, e-signature, costs nothing until you hire. No retainers, no exclusivity demands.

03 ~1 week

Meet the candidate.

The candidate gives the go-ahead, the full profile is released — typically the same day — and the interview is usually scheduled within the week.

04 success

Hire.

Pay only on success — with a replacement/rebate guarantee behind it.

pricing.yaml — you can put this in an email
permanent: fee: success-only # agreed in the terms no_cure_no_pay: true rebate_guarantee: included contract: margin: "transparent, fixed" pre_financing: available # we can run the contract never: - retainers - exclusivity demands - surprises

Why can we work success-only? Because the expensive part of recruitment — sourcing and vetting — is already done before we contact you. And because we'd rather win on volume and repeat business than on margin.

## vetting — evidence, not adjectives

"Vetted" is a claim. Here's our definition.

Every represented professional has passed an in-depth, role-specific interview with a senior IT recruiter and a technical screen for their stack; references are verified at shortlist stage. Every profile we send includes a one-page summary of exactly what was checked — so you're judging evidence, not adjectives.

Machines find. People decide.

Our engine reads thousands of live vacancies worldwide daily, but a senior recruiter reviews every match before you ever see it — and the candidate personally approves every identity reveal.

## faq — employer questions

Why should I pay for a candidate I didn't ask for?

You did ask — by publishing the vacancy. We're answering it with a vetted, available candidate at a fee below standard agency rates. Judge the profile; the terms only matter if you want to hire the person.

We already work with agencies / have a preferred supplier list.

Keep them. We're not asking for exclusivity — we're showing you one specific candidate for one specific role. If it leads to a hire, we'll happily slot into your supplier process.

What happens if a hire doesn't work out?

Our terms include a replacement/rebate guarantee — the exact scheme is in the two-minute terms document.

Why is the profile anonymised?

Confidentiality is what earns us candidates other channels can't reach — senior people who would never risk their current employer finding out. You see everything that matters for a fit decision; the name follows the signature and the candidate's go-ahead, typically the same day.
