Terms, in plain language.
Deliberately simple — built to be read in two minutes and signed in two more. This page is the summary; the binding version is the e-signature document.
Employer terms — the short version
- Nothing to pay until you hire. No retainers, no engagement fees, no exclusivity. Signing our terms costs nothing — it unlocks the candidate's full profile once they approve the reveal.
- Permanent placements: a success fee agreed per engagement and stated in the signed terms. No cure, no pay — the fee exists only if the candidate starts.
- Replacement/rebate guarantee. If the hire ends early, the terms document specifies a staged replacement or rebate scheme.
- Contract placements: a transparent fixed margin on the day rate, stated in the signed terms — higher if we also run the contract and pre-finance it. No other costs.
- One candidate, one role. The terms cover the specific introduction — we're not asking to become your master vendor.
- Back-door hires. If you hire an introduced candidate within 6 months of the introduction — for any role — the fee applies. (The same window our candidates commit to on their side.)
- Confidentiality both ways. Anonymised profiles stay confidential to you; your vacancy and process information stays confidential to us.

Candidate terms — the short version
- Free for candidates, always. Hiring companies pay our fee; you never pay anything.
- Non-exclusive. You stay free to apply anywhere, use other agencies, and run your own search. Pause or withdraw any time with a simple email.
- Anonymised marketing, protected identity. Only your anonymised profile travels — never to your current or past employers, and never to any company on your block-list.
- No identity reveal without your explicit approval. You see the company name and the role, and approve or decline each specific reveal. Every approval is logged.
- Per-introduction representation. For each reveal you approve, we represent you to that company for that role for 6 months.
- AI transparency. Matching is AI-assisted, but no introduction, rejection, or other significant decision is ever made by a machine alone — a senior recruiter reviews and decides.
